Bay de Noc Community College (commonly called Bay College) is a public two-year college located in Escanaba, Michigan, United States, and was founded in 1962. The college has a main campus in Escanaba and another 25-acre (0.10 km2) campus, Bay College West, in Iron Mountain, Michigan which serves Dickinson County.

Education
The college offers several certificate programs, as well as programs for two-year Associate Degrees; Associate in Arts (AA), Associate in Science (AS), Associate in Applied Science (AAS). Since introducing online courses as an option to students, Bay College has been expanding its list of courses that are offered online via Blackboard Learn. Bay College is also home of the first Michigan Technical Education Center (M-Tec), which offers training and development courses. Together, the college and M-Tec host over 40,000 conferences each year. In 2016, Bay College was awarded a grant from Achieving the Dream (ATD) to a complete degree pathway using all Open Educational Resources (OER).

Charitable funding
The Greg and Melissa Besse Foundation have made several donations to the college in order to provide funding for new accommodations and technology advances. A $4.2 million dollar donation in 2009 funded a new art theater and gallery known as, The John & Melissa Besse Center. In 2013, an additional donation was made to Bay's Allied Health division, in which the department purchased several Medical simulation mannequins (SimMan®3G, CAE Fidelis Lucina, & BabySIM) for their Nursing and EMT programs to utilize. The college has also used the donations in an effort to expand its math, science, and technology facilities.
Athletics
For the first time since 1978, the athletics department was reinstated to Bay College, it consists of four intercollegiate athletic teams. Starting in 2017, Bay College Norse Athletics will offer Men's and Women's basketball and Men's and Women's cross country.
